Q: What was the impetus for creating the “FEAR” series?
A: The series of drawings were a response to an exhibition that was put on by Clinic Collective in London a while back. Rather than picking random ideas out of the air, I wanted to focus on something personal to me, I have always been a [...]
ginette lapalme
Holy colors. Illustrations, paintings, comics + screenprints by Toronto’s Ginette Lapalme.
matteo pulvirenti
Matteo Pulvirenti is a freelance illustrator living in Milano, Italy who draws inspiration from tattooing, old skateboard graphics + occasionally dabbles in digital adventures too. He also has a mustache but, really, who doesn’t?
justin bryan nelson
I guess if one was going to become obsessed with a single visual element for a time, human hair wouldn’t be a bad choice. It’s a little bit gross, familiar and organic at once. Justin Bryan Nelson explores the possibilities of coiffures and manes ad infinitum with great results.
george mitchell
Funny (most of the time) + skewed (all of the time) illustrations by George Mitchell. I’m pretty sure there’s a Ghostface quote in here somewhere.
kristina collantes
There’s another world out there: a twisting, organic plane of neon futurism. it’s California artist Kristina Collantes‘ world + I’m happy to be living in it for a minute or two.

Unfortunately, Ki Yoong only has 14 pieces online! Update that [...]

A: There was this Japanese TV production called “Niklaas, ein Junge aus Flandern.” Niklaas was a young boy who wanted to be like Rembrandt. He drew all the time + I think one of my dreams was to become a boy like Niklaas. Think [...]
nick howard
Pen + ink illustrations full of pattern + chaos by Nick Howard. A lot of Nick’s work revolves around hairy objects that weave in + out of the body or muzzle characters’ faces. A nod to a fear of illness?
new work: andrew remington bailey
I’ve been a big fan of Andrew Remington Bailey for the last year or so + I was pumped to find an email full of his new work for review. His illustrations have always been a bit mysterious but the addition of non-sense passages really brings the cryptic pot to a full on boil.
