Today’s edition of Art Haus brings us to San Francisco + the home of closet-goth-amazing-illustrator Hannah Stouffer + her dog Taki. I’ll let Hannah take it from here — keep reading for her tour!

Hannah: Under my bed are a couple gifts- Dalek, Neckface, Mike Giant, Kelly Tunstall, Paul Madonna, Kime Buzelli that I’ll trade out from time to time, I am kind of into blank, solitary confinement walls for some reason and try to keep it pretty minimal….

Hannah: Deamonbabies Hypnotize I bought from a show he had at Showcave Gallery in LA for $30- and I love it.

Hannah: This SPRFKR piece was a trade with an amazing friend of mine, Marco Rached who started SPRFKR out in Rialto, CA.

Hannah: I got Sylvia Ji’s piece at her first solo show I curated at Edo in San Francisco, probably 6 years ago.

Hannah: I’ve always loved Richard Coleman, and bought the one piece of the dude puking at Merry Karnowski in LA like 10 years ago, the new 3 black and white illustrations are from a show he had at White Walls gallery a few years back.

Hannah: Skinner is also one of my favorites and a good friend up in Sacramento, I grabbed this piece at a show we had together at 111Minna in SF in 2008

Hannah: OwlEyes is a collage artist that dosen’t show much, but when he does, epic, ritualistic, cultish images come out of him- I got this print from a show he had at some custom shoe store in Echo Park when I was living down there last year.

Hannah: I stole the Scott Barry coffin light box from him, because I had to have it.

Hannah: I collect The Last Supper paintings, sculptures and prints whenever my budget allows it and I have a couple pieces from street vendors in Barcelona, Prague and Berlin in there as well…

Hannah’s Wishlist: Micah Lidberg, French, Patrick Kyle, Laurie Lipton, Marcel Dzama, Ryan McGinley (from his Caves series), Deanne Cheuk, Aaron Horkey, Matthew Palladino, um…

The rest is some of my leftover favorites i’ve done for shows in the past couple years.
