Patrick Kyle

I can’t quite put my finger on why I love Patrick Kyle’s illustration so much but maybe it’s the sum of it’s parts – the motion of the characters in his sketches draw me back to some paintings by the Japanese Eccentrics. Mix in a distorted version of the Archie comics, some outsider art + the Powell Peralta ripper + voila, I’m super into it. What do you see?
